How do I place an order?
Browse products and add your choices to your bag, then send an order request with your contact details and delivery location. Your request is saved for our team. You can also continue on WhatsApp. We confirm all prices, availability and delivery fees before payment.
Why do some products say “Price on request”?
For those items, our team confirms pack sizes and the current price personally. You can add them to your bag and request a quote. Priced items show a product subtotal; delivery and availability still need confirmation.
Where do you deliver?
We’re based in Nairobi. Share your delivery location when ordering and we’ll confirm availability, delivery charges and timing before you pay.
Can I pay with M-Pesa?
Yes, after your order total is confirmed. Our payment details are shown on the ordering page. Send your payment confirmation to our team on WhatsApp. Online card and automatic M-Pesa checkout are not connected.
How do I use laundry pods?
Follow the product packaging and garment care labels. Handle pods with dry hands and never cut or puncture them. Store securely out of reach of children and pets. Ask us for help choosing a product.
How do I use the stain remover?
Follow the bottle instructions and garment care labels. Test on a small, hidden area first. Ask us about suitability for delicate fabrics.
Do you supply businesses?
We welcome enquiries from laundromats, Airbnb hosts, hotels and wholesale customers. Tell us your products, estimated quantities and delivery location for a personal quote.
